Dr. Iva Matheson graduated in 1992 and has provided quality dental care in Yellowknife and Brockville, prior to establishing her clinic in Kingston. Dr. Matheson is a firm believer in lifelong education and has been furthering her dental studies since graduation. Some of the areas she has focused on have included orthodontics and cosmetic dentistry.

   Dr. Moe Tabesh has joined us from Vancouver. Dr. Tabesh is originally from Toronto, but has spent time on both coasts; in Halifax obtaining his dental degree and in Vancouver performing an internship in oral surgery at Vancouver General Hospital and later in private practice. Dr. Tabesh practices family dentistry but also has extensive experience with oral sedation & nitrous oxide, oral surgery, and dental implants. Because of these special services, Dr.Tabesh comes in contact with a wide variety of dental conditions and is able to provide you with accurate assessments of what are the best options. We are pleased to have Dr. Tabesh on our team and are happy to be able to provide his additional services in our office for your convenience.

   Likely the first voice you will hear when you call in to arrange a visit will be Kasha's. Kasha has been educated professionally in the dental field and her knowledge of treatment and procedures is extensive. Kasha studied both dental assisting and accounting at Seneca College, then went on to complete her Level 2 dental assisting with the Ontario Dental Nurses and Assistants Association. Combined with her 16 years of dental assisting experience Kasha can readily explain all phases of your treatment and help you with your appointments, dental benefits, and billing concerns. Your comfort and satisfaction are her top priority.

   Donna is a registered dental hygienist and is focused on providing you quality hygiene and periodontal services. Her goal is to work with you to keep your teeth and gums in optimal health. As periodontitis (gum disease) can occur so easily without proper care, we are proud to have Donna's comprehensive knowledge available for any questions you may have relating to your oral health and well being. Monitoring your specific circumstances at each maintenance appointment will enable her to give you ongoing feedback and helpful suggestions. She is happy to answer any of your questions and looks forward to seeing you at your next hygiene visit.

   Assisting with both your scheduling and chairside procedures is Wendy. After obtaining her Level 1& 2 dental assisting certification at Western University she has focused on periodontal dentistry for 7 years and family dentistry for another 10. With this much experience, Wendy's knowledge of solutions to dental concerns is wide reaching. If you have any questions about teeth whitening, she is the one to ask.

   Candice is from Kingston and is a fully trained level II dental assistant. Candice has obtained the majority of her dental experience assisting a dentist at St. Mary's of the Lake Hospital. This experience makes her a perfect assistant for the variety of procedures that Dr. Tabesh performs. Her happy attitude and low key approach have a calming effect on any patients that may be nervous. Candice is especially good with making children comfortable in the office.
